First try and I love it. The balm texture is mild & gentle enough and works to clean off any makeup or sunblock. It is odourless too so it is good for those who doesn’t like any fragrances on their cleansing products.

As much as I wanted to like it, this product caused my eyes to sting. Thought I'd give it another go and that it was something else that caused the burning sensation, but nope. It was definitely this cleansing balm. Someone should look into this issue as it does seem like a common problem based on the other reviews here.

Absolutely love this cleansing balm. I can feel the difference after a week. Would love it if it came in a bigger size. Current packaging is a little inconvenient but other than that, this works wonders for your skin. Highly recommended.

Really wanted to like this cleansing balm but it stings my eyes and doesn't cleanse waterproof mascara well T_T Also expected a bigger tub instead of a 30ml, might have gotten use to the size k-beauty brand cleansing balm.

It cleans well but it sting my eyes so bad! If you have sensitive eyes I recommend not to use this around your eyes. Otherwise it cleans really well. Packaging might need an improvement as the inner lid is hard to close due to pressure.

Love this Oat cleansing Balm . Bought 3 jar to share them with my friends once I've tried it. It cleanse and remove make up from my skin so well and keep my skin subtle and soft. I did not double cleanse my skin when I use this balm with their sponge because it is clean enough already ! Highly recommended. Officially my favorite product from HMH !
