Tone in Heat is a warm-room Mat Pilates class that blends core-centered movement, total-body toning, and deep muscle activation—all set in a gently heated space (around 85–95°F / 29–35°C). The warmth helps muscles loosen faster, enhances flexibility, and boosts your burn without the extremes of hot yoga. Expect dynamic Pilates flows, high-rep sculpting sequences, and focused breathwork to leave you feeling strong, centered, and energized.
